根據屋主一家四口的生活需求及未來的規劃，此案以現代感的設計結合自然元素，運用完整豐富的空間配置、流暢的動線佈局、和諧的色彩搭配、先進的智能設備等特色，打造出寬敞舒適的居家空間。此作尤其因屋主對生活品質相當重視，亦希望能享有窗外綠意盎然的景緻，設計者在規劃室內空間之餘，亦於建築四周種植大量植栽，從裡到外皆以自然原始的材質創造出獨一無二的空間樣貌，為好客的主人打造完美的私人寓所。
According to the living needs of the family of four and the future planning, the case combines modern design with natural elements, using complete space configuration, smooth flow pattern, harmonious color tone, advanced intelligent equipment, etc., creating a spacious and comfortable home. Since the client attaches great importance to the quality of life, and also hopes to enjoy the green scenery outside the window, in addition to planning the indoor space, the designer has also planted a large number of plants around the building. The natural materials used in the overall design have established a unique spatial appearance and a perfect private residence for the hospitable client.
作為屋主理想中的住宅環境，設計者透過不同面向的思考，運用純熟洗練的設計手法，融合各種自然材質，打造兼具美感與機能的生活場域。整棟樓的設計除了以舒適溫馨、精緻奢華的居家體驗提供家的基本功能外，設計者亦針對屋主平日的生活習慣、喜歡邀請朋友至家中作客的個性加以規劃。公領域的空間調性因著石材自然粗獷的特色與木元素細膩的肌理紋路，碰撞出大氣磅礴的空間質感，搭配窗外綠意盎然的植栽，形塑自然質樸的空間況味；私領域則因精準的材質比例、優雅的色彩搭配、寬敞的空間尺度圍塑出靜謐舒適的空間氛圍，提供居住者全然放鬆的臥眠感受。最棒的是，此宅的施作過程皆以健康無害的建材為主要材質，設計者善用先進的智能科技結合電器設備、精選經典的設計傢俱於各個空間，並且利用水循環系統減低水資源的浪費，在各個細節展現室內設計價值，以完整的配置、細膩的設計巧思，為屋主打造自在舒適的居家體驗。
As the ideal residential environment for the client, the designer has utilized different aspects of thinking and sophisticated design techniques to combine various natural materials to create a living area that combines beauty and function. In addition to providing the basic functions of the home with a comfortable, warm, exquisite and luxurious home experience, the whole building is also designed according to the daily living habits of the client and the personality that likes to invite friends. The collision of rough nature characteristic of stone and the delicate texture of the wood elements, leading to a majestic spatial tonality of the public domain, and with the green plants outside the window, the natural and rustic space is shaped. The private domain is planned in a precise proportion of materials, elegant color tone, and spacious space forming a quiet and comfortable space atmosphere also allowing occupants to completely relax. Best of all, the construction process of this house is based on healthy and harmless building materials. The designer has made good use of advanced intelligent technology combined with electrical equipment, selected classic design furniture in each space, and using the water circulation system to reduce water resources. Through complete configuration and delicate design ingenuity, the designer has created a comfortable home experience for the client.
有鑑於屋主對生活品質的重視、小孩美學養成的注重，以及自然景觀的崇尚，此作的空間設計融入許多自然元素與經典美學因子，並於每層樓精彩演繹大自然中原始樸質的空間況味。設計者成熟洗練的設計手法，讓灰階的石材、木質底蘊的材質混搭出澄淨純粹的居家風貌，尤其因這些材質所顯現的肌理紋路，自然而然散發獨特的氣質，讓整棟樓在統整一致的調性中，展現出別具特色的空間表情。
In view of the client’s emphasis on the quality of life, children’s aesthetics development, and the admiration of natural landscapes, the space design incorporates natural elements and classic aesthetic factors, and wonderfully interprets the originality and simplicity of the space on each floor. The designer's mature and refined design techniques allow the gray scale stone and wooden materials to mix and match which creates a pure home style, and especially because of the texture displayed by these materials and the exudation of the unique temperament, making the whole building shows a unique spatial expression in a consistent style.
現代人對居住品質愈來愈重視，在裝修過程中，建材的選擇亦顯得重要許多，尤其因家庭成員中有兩位學齡中的孩童，此案屋主在材質的選擇上更加重視。除了整室採低甲醛、自然無害的建材作為主要材質外，高規格的配備更確保了傢俱家飾與整體環境的耐久性，藉此減低資源浪費的可能性；經典設計傢俱的選擇，更延續不同品牌在設計過程中注重的美學細節，在生活中重現不同年代的設計思考邏輯。此外，設計師在此案中更運用現代科技設備，如水循環系統、智能家電等，有效降低資源浪費，打造友善環境的居住環境。
Modern people pay more and more attention on the quality of living. During the construction, the choice of building materials is also important, especially because there are two school-age children in the family. In addition to the use of low-formaldehyde, natural and harmless building materials as the main material in the entire space, high-standard equipment ensures the durability of furniture and the overall environment, thereby reducing the possibility of wasting resources; the selection of classic design furniture extends aesthetic details that different brands emphasize in the design process and establishing various kind of logic from different generations in life. In addition, the designers used modern technology equipment, such as water circulation systems and smart home appliances, to effectively reduce waste of resources and create a friendly environment for living.
