聞。齡 苑 The leisure of retirement

如果可以保留，為什麼要拆除？走過「文林苑都更案」的傷害，設計者對於老宅重生抱持強烈使命感，考量業主高齡且空間使用者年齡跨距較大，導入通用設計美學，以「門檻消失」與「隔間牆退縮」手法，輔以大面積暖木色調和，揉合舊與新，打造愜意舒適又不失機能性的友善樂齡宅。
 

Why tear it down when it can be reserved? After the Wenlin Yuan Renewal Project outbreak, the designer developed a strong sense of purpose to save old buildings. Since the age gap between the household members is enormous, the designer has set up suitable designs for all ages, such as the ‘disappearing thresholds’ and the ‘shrinking partition walls.’ The overall is decorated in warm wooden colors and combines vintage and modern elements, creating high functionality to the relaxing living environment.

相較於對作品外觀的耽美與浮誇追求，設計者更重視每一項細節的實用度，從業主的需求與心理出發，當該理念貫徹於作品的每一個環節，追求最高的坪效，省去多餘的作工與用料的浪費，反而拉近了本案與環境的距離，全室並採具綠建築認證之低甲醛塗料，LED燈與省電燈泡。
 

Unlike common projects that pursue the aesthetic and exaggeration for appearances, the designer of this project mainly focused on practicality and functionality. By fulfilling the needs and ideals of the owners, every detail in the residence is designed thoughtfully. Meanwhile, extra work and decorative materials are reduced to create an eco-friendly living environment while maximizing space.

Moreover, the house is fully applied with low-formaldehyde paint, LED lights, and energy-saving bulbs all recognized as green building materials.
