高居都市叢林的造夢基地 The Dreamer Base

此作品之案主非常特別，是追求工業風格的兒子意見為主，喜愛古典風格的父親為輔。此外，業主父親對風水在屋內的佈置有特殊信仰，因此設計師除了需協調兩代的美感差異，風水老師的建議也必須採納進設計中。因年輕案主嚮往粗獷原始工業風居所，設計師特地在主臥室牆面選用全新的紅磚砌出，再以畫作的方式去製作經歷風霜的陳舊感，親自用油漆以乾布壓出顏色，製造仿舊的磚牆。

The style of the building is mainly based on the opinions of client's son who pursues industrial style and ornamented with the client's own idea, classic style which made the place rather unique. Additionally, the client believes in Feng Shui so that the designer not only needs to integrate the ideas between the two generation but also must take the the Feng Shui expert’s suggestions.Because the client’s son is fond of  the rough industrial-style, the designer specially established a wall of red bricks in the main bedroom. Moreover, in order to build the ambience of nostalgia, the designer paint the wall by using a dry cloth with the methods of dabbing.

根據年輕屋主的需求，設計師打造開闊的客廳與餐廳，輔以開放式的書房作為討論空間，以適合多人駐足、待上長時間討論為目標。書房收納櫃的門面也採用可書寫的黑板材質，讓年輕導演在家中討論、發想時，可以留下激盪的軌跡。而因天花板保留了原建案之天花板材質，因此設計師以天花板為主色調，調和出牆壁和地板的水泥顏色。透過反覆精準對色，確保空間整體的色擁有一致性。

In response to the needs of the young client, the designer created an broad living room and dining room spaces. Furthermore, as the client would spend a lot of time on discussion idea with coworkers, a open study is required. Additionally, choosing a writable book shelf’s door for him so that the young director could leave his ideas and thoughts on it.

Since the ceiling remains the original style and color, the designer used it as the main color. So as to ensure the consistency of the overall color of the space, concrete grey is used for the wall and the floor  .

來自兩代的期待，以及風水師的多項建議，設計師在此案件中被賦予詮釋與溝通協商的角色，成功打造出父母滿意、同時亦符合兒子期待的時尚工業風居所。在私人空間的主臥室中，設計師特地保留兒子惦念著的年代感工業風，因此設計師特地從空調拉出鋁風管，甫仿舊的紅磚牆，根據兩代的期待打造出適合日常居住的空間。

The expectations from the two generations, as well as suggestions from the Feng Shui expert which gives the designer the role of communicative bridge in this case so as to successfully create a fashionable industrial style space for the son but can also satisfy the the parents’ expectations.As for the main living which is a private space, in order to keep the retro industrial style that his son longs for, the designer specially pulled out the aluminum air duct from the air conditioner with nostalgic red brick wall.

「家」，是這個作品的初衷，即使在外討論劇本、排練、選角至深夜，這位年輕導演依然可以徒步回到他的築夢居所，不再需要遠歸天母的家。為讓兒子更自由運用自己的時間、勇敢追逐夢想，愛子的父親放手讓他飛，但又確保他能平安抵達繁華市中心的家。
